The second quarter of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. While her father was a bodybuilder, Aleesha's siblings were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she competed was in 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. In 2015, she remained her 9th place finish. Aleesha was 6th place in both of 2015 and 2016 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has been steadily growing and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro award, at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020 she had the best WOS rising-phoenix show when she placed fourth. The "World's strong mother" was forced to take a break due to health issues.
