Aleesha was able to be recognized as the most effective female professional bodybuilder during the latter portion of 2010. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder as did her siblings and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha has played sports in the past including softball, soccer and basketball. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha following her win at the NPC USA Championships. Her first competition began in the year 2008 but began competing in 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015, she remained her 9th-place finish. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth place in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been steady improvement since she won her first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. Her finish was fourth. But the "World's toughest mother" needed to take a break due to her health.
