Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the elite bodybuilding industry as one of the top females. In 1984, Aleesha was born to an athlete's family. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she began fitness at fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began to compete in the year 2008 but has been competing since the year 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. She maintained a ninth-place finish for 2015. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha, who has been consistently improving her performance since then has won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in WOS Rising Phoenix. WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2000, where she finished 4th position. But, the "World's most powerful mom" was forced to stop fitness due to health motives.
