The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to an athletic family. Her father had a career in bodybuilding, while her siblings were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha had played sports before including basketball, soccer, and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014. She began to compete in 2008, but she has been competing since the year 2008. In addition, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she placed ninth. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both 2016 and 2015 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is consistently improving her performance since then, won her very first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. The 4th position was her top place. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
