Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive bodybuilding world as a top females. Aleesha was born into an extended family of athletes. Her father, along with her siblings, played hockey on ice, however her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha played soccer, softball and basketball prior to when she started fitness at 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition began in the year 2008 but has been competing since the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her highest finish. However, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short break from the sport because of health concerns.
