In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha was born into the largest family in which there were athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder while her brothers and sisters played sports like hockey. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014, after winning her first NPC USA Championships. The first time she competed was 2008, but she began competing in 2008. In addition, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she finished 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016, in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first pro show in 2019, when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. The 4th position was her best finish. The "World's most powerful mother" was able to take a break from bodybuilding due to medical reasons.
