The second quarter of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in the family of sports. Although her father was a bodybuilder Aleesha's siblings were involved in activities like hockey on ice. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition she did so in the year the year 2008. In 2014, she participated in IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she remained in her ninth place. Aleesha qualified for her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 the bodybuilder completed her best WOS Rising Phoenix performance, as she was ranked 4th. However, the "World's strongest mom" took a break from fitness due to health motives.
