The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha is now a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to an athletic family. Her father participated in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. participated in hockey and other sports. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional certificate after she won the NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha is steadily improving since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won the Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. The 4th position was her highest performance. The "World's strongest mother" took a break in bodybuilding because of health reasons.
